SCANGRIP is a proud member of the committee of Dansk Standard (DS), Denmark’s official national standards organization. Dansk Standard represents Denmark in the European and international standardization organizations, including CEN, CENELEC, ISO, IEC, and ETSI.

Playing a key role in setting standards for safety, quality, and innovation across various sectors, Dansk Standard includes SCANGRIP as an active member of the committee. Through its committee membership, SCANGRIP has the opportunity to influence national, European, and international standardization efforts in the field of electric lighting and related equipment. This collaboration enables SCANGRIP to shape standards concerning product safety, performance, and compatibility. 

Additionally, the committee is responsible for developing and aligning national standards based on existing international standards across the entire lighting sector. This ensures consistency in regulatory requirements and facilitates smoother market access for Danish companies while safeguarding end-users.
